CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & SCHEDULE:

BEGINNER YOGA

Our BEGINNER Yoga is perfect for anyone new to yoga and looking for a place to ease into the yoga world. Learn about common postures, general body alignment on the mat, a dabbling of different types of yoga, mindful breathwork, improving balance and flexibility, and how to smile during your practice! We keep these classes extra small to help improve your confidence on the mat.

HATHA YOGA FLOW

HATHA Yoga is for any level and is designed to help bring movement and breath together in a moderate and balanced pace. The flow generally begins with floor postures, takes shape at its peak in standing poses, and returns back to floor poses to close out the class. Generally great for every yogi, whether new to practicing or looking for a steady way to keep your practice alive.

SLOW FLOW VINYASA

SLOW FLOW VINYASA is a little more advanced as it focuses deeply on breath and movement in a series of floor-to-standing postures. The pace is designed to be more energetic than a Hatha flow but leaves room to embrace each movement with intention (and maybe a smile) as you connect energy and breath in balance and harmony with one another.

YIN YOGA

YIN Yoga is outstanding for anyone interested in increasing flexibility. Focus is on slow-to-release connective tissues and encouraging them to lengthen by slowly easing them open. Yin may be a more passive style of yoga but it can be a surprising discovery as the body wakes up what has been sleeping. Most poses are done seated on the mat and are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This class runs 75 minutes long.
